I am here to help you build confidence with your divine motherhood essence and your own inner wisdom, with the purpose of empowering you for the birth of your child and assisting you to birth in awareness. I walk along side you as you make your way out of the woods. I don’t guide you out, I guide you through.

You have access to me to reach out to me as your pregnancy progresses, to address questions, sort through your options and help you navigate the decision-making process.
TWO PRENATAL VISITS
2 prenatal visits, during which we will discuss your health history, birth priorities, day-of logistics, pain-management options, home birth, birth center or in-hospital newborn procedures, postpartum preparation, etc. My goal is to help you feel as prepared as possible.
ACTIVE LABOR & COMPANIONSHIP DELIVERY
When labor begins, mama can stay in close contact with me by phone and text. When you are ready for in-person support, I will join you at home or at your birth place, staying with you regardless of how long birth takes, with no time limit on our support. Labor knows no clock!
ONE POSTNATAL VISIT]
One in-home, postpartum visit. Labor support doesn’t end with birth! After your baby is born, I'll stay to help initiate breastfeeding and make sure you’re comfortable. If your baby must go to the NICU, I will remain with you as you begin your recovery.
